Building Better Homes One Thoughtful Detail At A Time
Kirstie Lee Home Improvements began with a simple belief: homeowners deserve renovation partners who listen first, plan carefully, and finish every surface as if it were their own living room. Over more than fifteen years, we have grown from a small repair crew into a full-service improvement company trusted for kitchens, bathrooms, carpentry, painting, and ongoing maintenance.
We invest in ongoing training for our craftspeople, maintain strong relationships with material suppliers, and document every project with clear scopes and progress updates. Whether you need a single-day handyman visit or a coordinated multi-room remodel, our team approaches the work with the same respect for your schedule, budget, and peace of mind.
Community matters to us. We hire locally, recycle construction waste when facilities allow, and recommend energy-smart upgrades that reduce long-term utility costs without sacrificing comfort.
What Guides Our Work
These principles shape every estimate, every installation, and every follow-up call after we pack up our tools.
Transparency
Written scopes, line-item pricing, and honest timelines before we turn the first screw.
Craftsmanship
Code-compliant work, manufacturer specs, and finishes that age gracefully.
Care
Daily cleanup, floor protection, and quiet respect for families and neighbors.
Who We Serve
We partner with first-time renovators, longtime homeowners preparing a property for sale, landlords refreshing rental units, and busy professionals who need reliable maintenance without micromanaging trades. Our project managers translate your goals into actionable phases so you always know what is happening next.
From historic homes that demand custom trim profiles to contemporary open layouts that require structural coordination, we adapt our methods while keeping communication straightforward. You will never wonder who is on site or when the next milestone arrives.
